Had booked this lot for a very important doo on Saturday.
They say they cannot guarantee drivers. (Why sell a business based on bookings?!!)
5 minutes before driver due - telephone call - sorry "no driver" . . . 5 minutes (FIVE) - so word of advice - if you're due on time somewhere - best try a reliable firm like that dodgy unlicenced place down the road!!
Managed to have Plan B in place at least.
