(Not mine!)

Its my cosuins stag do next month in Bournemouth. Although were all going, we have never been before so if anyone has any advice (which pubs will put up with a lot of rowdy kent/berkshire men etc) I would be very grateful.

Also, does the Indycar factory do factory tours on a saturday?? Can you see anything if you juts "pop by??"

Any good exotic car dealerships worth visiting?

Any good brewery trips nearby??

Any women to avoid??

so long as you wear shoes (as in not trainers, not like not barefoot!) you should be able to get in pretty much anywhere.

Went there with for my mates do and ended up being stopped from going in anywhere other than the bar which has lots of half naked ladies... (used to be called Jezebells but it has now been taken over by Spearmint Rhino - BTW I do not have a photographic memory for these things I searched the web alright!

You need to be SUPER careful as they have a town centre wide radio network there so if you get stopped in one place expect it in ALL the others.

Split up into small groups and arrange to "coincide" at various places.

You can also try calling the various clubs etc in advance to see if you can get guest listed or similar.

Whenever I go out in B'mouth there's normally about a thousand groups of people on stag & hen-nights. The only places you might have trouble getting into are the big new super cool bars like Bliss (ie. the ones rammed with billions of mint girls) but if you dress smartish & try to be slightly un-rowdy when you get to the door then you should be alright.
Aim for places like Casa, Barmed or maybe the Irish pubs up christchurch road... there's like, thousands of places to choose from... probably Elements for cheesy club stuff & then I guess Spearmint Rhino or FYEO for strippers.

William, went there for 2 Stag Dos last year and had 2 excellent times.
For one we went Paint Balling a few miles out and for the other we just stayed in the pub!

For Your Eyes Only is excellent and a bit more high class than Spearmint Rhino. There's loads of big chain bars that you won't have any problem getting into.

Elements is a huge club and worth a visit.

Have a good time.

Cheers.... Andrew

Pubs & clubs seem already covered, but on car dealerships, check out Bramshaws on Holdenhurst Road (Springbourne)

About 10 days ago the window included AMG SL55, Murcielago, and nearly all the current Ferrari & Porsche catalogue.

I can second Bramshaws - I saw my first ever Countach in there!! They always have a decent selection of exotica, and from the last time I popped in, they seem to be a friendly enough bunch when they realise you know what you're talking about.

Club/Pub wise, there is a good place between the BIC and the triangle, tres modern and chilled out, but I can't remember the name of it...

Casa is top, but gets very busy, suggest the Moon on the square, or the Tap and Hobbit for starters then Casa, then OCR for the rest of the night. The Irish bars are a good bet, and most are open late.

I was out with a mate of mine last year, his first time in Bournemouth, and we ended up in the Show Bar on the pier approach. It was a School Disco night ! Totty all over the shop! Kind of spoilt it a bit when Keith Chegwin turned up as the PA, in shorts.... He lasted all of about 5 minutes before getting booed of stage!

Ahhh drunken debauchery, I wish I could remember you well......
