Just done this myself, go to Microsoft.com and download 'windows media encoder' it takes about 5 mins to convert a 150mb file to Mpeg, on a 600mhz machine. Hope this helps

Hello,

I have Windows Media Encoder 9 for XP and it does not support .mov formats. This is an Apple brand file.

I also encoded an .avi to .mpg 123mb down to 19Mb and it took 4 hours on a 2.4Ghz machine.

Which encoder version are you using?

Tony

Nothing arrived... just sent myself a test (that link sends to ed@theoptician.net) which was OK... perhaps re send, or send straight to ed@dreamytime.com
