The central line re-opened today between Leytonstone and Beffnal green, a spokesman said (more or less) "we would've opened it from Liverpool St but too many people would want to use it"

To which I take a deep breath and ask" WHAT THE FCUK ELSE IS IT THERE FOR? DO YOU THINK PEOPLE ARE GOING TO GO ON IT JUST FOR A FWIGGIN LARF? IF IT CAN'T COPE NOW, HOW DID IT COPE BEFORE?"

Excuse me while I bang my head against the nearest burned out train!

Yep - apparently a train hit a jack that was left in a tunnel. Also, another train derailed shortly after the jack incident...

The other really annoying thing is that they haven't take this opportunity to do other maintenance work on the line.
