Congestion charge and trailers
Discussion
I've been out of it for a while, so maybe this point has already been discussed.
If you have to cross the CC boundary with a car on a trailer, do you have to pay for that car as well as the one you are driving? What happens to garages towing a recovered vehicle to premises inside the CC zone. What about the AA or RAC recovery units?
I'm just curious to know the answers, or if anyone at TFL have addressed this issue.

If your doing it privatly - I would cover up the number plates - you will probably be charged for the car on the trailer otherwise as the charge applies to the car, not the person.
