Congestion charging a complete success

[woof]

Today Transport For London announced their succesful consultancy project for another world city suffering from the burden of traffic congestion.

The project took some radical action but has today been hailed a total success, reducing traffic by virtually 100%.

A spokesman said .. "The actual cost of implementing the scheme will run into several billion pounds and has involved imposing heavy fines and even disposal of vehicles not registered for the scheme. We're now evalutating the project and hope to implement it in London asap... "

Hmmmmmmmm Tfl were in Baghdad recently.

Cured the congestion problems there alright.

Although 1000lb fuel-air bombs dropped on non-payers is a bit excessive.
