Oh! and the cyclist that came to my window and said "Have you seen any TR7s round here?" I replied, "Why would notice any Triumphs when theres 450 TVRs in London".............. Bigger Plank!!!

Well i cant comment on any one car in particular as the number of euroboxes and people carriers driven by people with no vision apart from dead ahead was quite staggering..

But i gotta ask one thing (from a guy who doesnt normally drive in London) what plank thought up the idea of a 9000ft long bendy bus in london???

I saw the Aston outside the gates off Downing St. All I could hear was rubber on wet tarmac. No exhaust note, and he must have been doing, oooooooohhhhhhhhhh, at least 15mph. Made me, and the copper standing next to me, chuckle.

The proper police, with the guns, inside Downing Street were top guys. They really appreciated the noise and looks of the TVRs. They were almost as giddy as us.

That be Red Ken - the same guy that is about to charge you £25 for taking you TVR into your capital city.

And you should try getting off one of those buses when they are packed. It took me another 2 stops to get to the bloody door!

The aston owner was probably previously a TVR owner and decided to show some respect for the marque by turning up and doing as others did that day.

Wasnt there, didnt see him/her, but dont see why the above couldnt be the case?
