class d write off re-registering

i just bought a car but never done a hdi check and its come up as a class d write off, i intend to sell my car on but wondering if there is any wayi can register my car not to come up as a class d write off

I don't think you'll have a lot of joy tbh. The whole point of your car being marked as cat d is to inform any future owners of it's history.

I though diesel and petrol were quite easy to distinguish! :P
