1200 bhp LOL they came with approx 1150 anyway due to the conditions that they have been tested in and the variances with heat and air density.

Oh well if you have the money why not pay me a couple of million for mooning you ??

Colour blind?

I think its more having the balls to not have black or silver like every other performance car, just to be safe on the looks and depreciation.

Out of interest does anyone know who would tune a veyron? I imagine you could literally just chip it, would it really be that simple? Isn't it two VW engines or something? So maybe 2 VW chips?!

I think saying it's as simple two VW engines is a little doubtful to say the least.

I think it would take some serious balls from a proper custom engine mapping place... opps sorry sir I didn't mean to make it rev to 10,000 and have it go bang, how much was it for a new engine? yikes

Most software is developed by having a test mule, saying that having seen how superchips work as long as you are willing to pay for there time you could have it mapped reasonably easily depending on if you want to keep your warranty, all it would take is a couple of hours drive on a track to test the parameters and log the data, the rest is done on the PC understanding how each program works with the other and hey presto.

From what I've heard the standard output of the w16 engine is around 1200bhp and the standard engine is detuned to give a longer engine life. As the engine is wonderfully overengineered like everything else on the car I would not think it is that hard. (Just jolly expensive if you make a mistake tongue out)
