The spoiler looks terrible, but the back seats are pretty cool (ignoring colour!)

I'm sure it's someone's P & J, but good grief. I'm looking through the advert wondering where the performance tweaking bits are mentioned; engine replacements, air box rejigging, suspension upgrades (to carry all the extra weight). Hell, even a six point harness and decent seats... wouldn't want to have a crash in those air plane style seats.

It's a chaviot, a very expensive and well equiped one, but a chaviot none the less; perhaps ripping out all the neat stuff and flogging it seperatley would net more interest and more cash? As £7k doesn't sound like a lot for all that high quality audio kit... unless it's just lots of cheap n' nasty from the 'right brands' obviously.

It just doesn't work in quite the same way on a little Volkswagen Polo as it would on some hulking great Mercury Grand Marquis (or suchlike), does it?

There is a clio that has had the same "treatment" for sale in rare cars. In this case a not so lucky dip. It is rare and it is a car so I see their logic. They want £7,500 for it too which strikes me as a bit of a bargain for something so "unique".

It only has 95,000 miles on it and it is a 1991 1.4 RT.

What is surprising is that it was posted a long time ago and was readvertised 4 days ago. Surely the must be literaly person queing up to splash the cash in the way that the pykies on MTV splashed the 36 day old tampon scrapings all over a perfectly good clio.

http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/209674.htm - Buy it now or forever regret it. Sorry, and.

That was on the telly behind me the other night as I sat here formulating another ingeniously cunning post...

Excessive jocularity instigated a spontaneous and painful plunge from my chair at that juncture...

Now I'm pissing myself with laughter again...

For sale...?

Here....?

With our reputation....?

Is she mad...?
