One of those Homer Simpson Moments

DOH!!!!

were you hit or did you loose it?
looks kind of terminal to me.

Drivers door looks to have moved forward, roof bent.

Yeah that'll be pretty terminal. I don't believe you wanted to do that.

No central reservation. Coming round a left hand bend coming out of Congleton last night and lost control on wet road. Ended up spinning 180 degrees and colliding with a 4x4.

Well where the Mrs lost the back of the MX5 last week a 1.4 Astra and a 1.6 Civic both span on the same corner. Some places are surprisingly slippery!

looks like classic lift off oversteer!

Fun if you can catch it, painfull if you don't.

I wrote off a 6 week old Honda Prelude about 10 years ago in similar circumstances.

Lovely sunny winters morning dry roads, apart from one corner, which was damp,

Lifted and the world started spinnimng around me until the earth back at the end of a gateway pushed the sill about 8 inches upwards taking the passengers door and roof with it.

OOOpps!

Boss was not that bothered strangely!

HTH.

Looks like it took the impact well though - what sort of speed do you reckon on impact?
