Finance Conundrum !!!

Is it me or are all leasing companies full of lazy un-intelligent money hungry deal grabbers. I've been trying to find the best way of financing my next company car whether it be through me or the company. I've found out after countless calls from boring salesman that the contract hire route and PCP route the ONES they are trying to sell me into are not the way to go and just a quick buck for them. Can anyone suggest the best route to finance my new car where I will have less liability if I leave the company or just want to keep the car. Can anyone suggest who to speak to.
