i bet they are all varying degrees of authority .... probably at least 2 or 3 supervisors amoungst that lot or maybe its a training excercise.

either way the location does look perfect for a drive by!!

Looks like it, they use it as proof that a valid parking ticket has expired or whatever.

Maybe its just me, but does anyone think that focusing on revenue, and leaving the grafitti in plain sight, is really the way to go?

If you used the wall as "The Cushion" I reckon you could do them all with three bullets hehe

Although didn't JFK's magic bullet make seven holes?

I was just off Drury lane,London, yesterday recovering a friends car(tvr, lost keys).
one of these fkwits tried to give me a ticket while I`m winching it up the bed,he wouldn`t see reason.
so I called the local plod, who must have been close because they were there in seconds, they got out,one chatted about the car, usual stuff, the other led the warden by his arm about thiry foot up the steet then quite clearly and loudly told him to PISS OFF.top work fellas.

Two of them appear to be working! They must be understaffed.

Saddens me to see what this great city has become in the last 30 yrs, of course, mainly with labour at the helm.
Working place parking levy is next on the agenda.
