Teaching a friend to drive

Somehow let a friend talk me into teaching her to drive.

Her car not mine luckly.

Any tips ?

Pay for driving lessons. You'll only fall out!!

If you insist on this then I'd go about finding somewhere you can go and practice car control before she gets let loose on any main roads. Then after that you'll have to find every last trace of patience in your body to manage it.

Yup, driving lessons. By all means sit with her as 'qualified driver' when she wants to go practice, but do not try to teach her.

I've been trying to teach my GF, she can't get to grips with the fact the clutch isn't an on/off switch.

Gave her her first drift lesson in a big empty field the other day though, she liked that one!

Skip the first lesson and just knob her on the back seat. Best get it done before you strangle her for kangarooing into a hedge.
