Got really bad stomach cramps now (atleast I didn't throw up like some people!!!) and have tried eating but it seems to make it worse but need something in me to stop the burning!! Figured some of you may be experienced at dealing with this...so whats the best gentle thing to eat??!

Milk!

Then something burger/kebabish for the carbs.

Failing all that if you are really grim, try a weetabix, and then a fry up in the morning.

Totally unhealthy but it works!

£3 special at the local greasy spoon, the artery clogger. Works every time.

Burnt toast... (Don't go crazy, though)

Believe it or not, the "charcoal type" qualities of the toast will actually absorb any of the bad stuff still left in your stomach...

If you cannot handle that, then anything with "absorption" qualities will do...

Never tried it, but you may as well give it a go. Make sure its flat though otherwise the gas in it will make your stomach worse.

Full cooked breakfast - anytime of day will do - and a pint of Stella - has yet to fail.

Oh if you don't fancy a beer or lager then a double single malt, sipped neat also works.

you need "stodge" lots of the suggestions above will work chips, bread, rice etc (the full English works for me) - then up your alcohol level (a hair of the dog does me - which is usually Stella, or the whisky) to counter any dt's you may be feeling - drink loads of water then go to bed early - and you'll feel great the next day!

you need blood suger, salt, absorbtion (thanks ErnestM) and a slight amount of what bit you..
