Sorry to bring futher gloom, but who will go first, the big franchise guys, the small independent guys or the car supermarkets?

A 20% drop in new car sales last quarter might mean a better time for second hand, or signal a greater malaise in the market about to impact them all?

Hopefully places like car craft, they mainly rely on finance to fund their customers purchases, so with any luck the robbing barstewards will be the first to fold.

No Vauxhall dealer in Brighton any more - a fairly sizable local dealer network called Caffyns closed their Vauxhall branch down a week or two back.

It was on here a while back that one of the big boys was in dire shape financially.

Cant remember who though, so I'm not going to guess.

Nope the people who earn good money will be kept, as they do the best job. The really friendly and easy to get a deal out of sales people will be asked to leave.

Damn right!
