just a big thumbs up to the chaps at a-plan...
after a change in circumstances they have been very accommodating (mostly without charge) happy to change details (no admin fee) and also give advice (regarding void insurance if the cars left on the drive when it described as being 'garaged' yikes

granted not quite the cheapest, but made up for in it customer service smile

A year on from some random scumbag handing my vehicle details to his insurance company for a fictitious claim, the lemons at A Plan or whatever Mickey-Mouse insurer they've passed all my money on to are yet to actually close the claim, meaning I had 0 NCB when I renew on my M3.

Poor effort from the A Plan girlies.

With A Plan at the mo- seem OK, moving to Adrian Flux soon though, beat Aplan hands down on renewal price
