That's mostly 30 and 40mph, isn't it?

Although, surely the only unlit section is NSL, in which case - drive faster, you numpty.

Depends on the conditions, surely? Wet, dark, leaves on road? Might feel safe in an invincible anti-tank missile proof 4x4?

When tailgated, the correct course of action is to slow down as this increases the afforded reaction time if the driver behind has cause to brake because you're having an accident, IIRC.
