I must be sad as well lol! Having stood at Druids watching my husband race his motorbike for many years I guessed right too!

Thats not sad, that corner/view is pretty unique and still looks the same today.

True.

As a track marshal and long time motorsport fan the missus gets that look when I'm watching anything on tv and naming the circuit from a rumble strip to a corner or even just a piece of tarmac. I know of loads of others who do the same.

Going completely O/T have you moved to the sunny IoW yet? Just wondred how you are getting on over there, having moved away about 7 years ago; I'm also interested to know if it has 'caught-up' with the rest of the UK yet?

One of those hillclimb places - Shelsey Walsh maybe as I have done Harewood, Prescott and Loton.

Not a marshal but i can name most of the major tracks in Europe and all the UK ones from very little information. Even sadder is when you can give a fairly close estimate as to the date of the photo boxedin

ETA:- Sometimes you just know you are putting your foot in it when you post something like this!

Its a proper circuit (though I think its used for sprinting too)
