Touching up minor scuffs on alloys

Having done such a great job of keeping my wheels unscratched for years, I foolishly gently touched a kerb at the weekend and whilst it hasn't dented the alloy, it's removed the metallic coating. Is it possible to repair this myself say with a kit or similar without getting the whole wheel redone?
