I'm the age same as you. in the last few years, i've had an e34 bmw 525i, crappy escort, just gone out shape mondeo, and a e36 bmw 325i. And i think the 3 series is ace for what it is. £400 to insure, pretty much exactly as fast as my mates clio 197, grips and handles as well (in my book anyways), and is a comfier, better cruiser, only it cost £900, not £12k. And since i got made redundant yesterday, i dont have a big fat loan waiting hanging over my head!

22, have a 1999 E39 BMW 528i SE Auto. Got it when I was 21 and its been great, cheap insurance, good MPG for what it is and fairly quick.
