Please read the sign you dimwits and get in the lane when the times allow you.
That is all.
No no no no, don't encourage them to use my private road! Let the retards sit in their jam Please read the sign you dimwits and get in the lane when the times allow you.

Why don't you just drive in the bus lane then you'll be past them (and the annoyance) in no time?
Because the bus lanes are usually on the inside, so you'd be undertaking them and guaranteed if you're spotted by the plod, it'll be you that get's pulled and done for it

Although I remember doing just that one evening driving through Streatham on the A23 and getting no end of abuse from retard pedestrians wandering around in the bus lane as if it was the pavement.
Sometimes it's less hassle to sit in the queue

It's another symptom of the information overload we have driving in urban situations. Driving in London coming up to a junction you don't know it would be easy to run errant peds over - you are so busy working out which road you want, whether you can turn up it or not, if there is a filter arrow, if it's a bus lane, if it's no entry except for buses, if it's one way, what the speed limit is, which lane you want, etc., etc. And then you get crazy peds wandering across on a red light assuming you'll stop (as happened today in Camden, just glad I wasn't driving)
Over here in uncivilised Reading, you enter bus lanes on pain of death, there are no time periods when you can motor along in them. Driving in London is a bit of a culture shock at the best of times and then apparently you can use the bus lanes but you need to check the tiny little signs first.
Frankly I'm happy for you to wizz past me in the bus lane, I'm probably a bit out of my comfort zone anyway!

Please don't let the know the bus lanes are timed.
I drive into/out of Manchester regularly and the route I take has a couple of bus lanes covering much of it.
I enjoy unhindered driving whilst they all queue up.
Also another one: Why when it's two lanes each side do some people insist on staying in the right hand lane just on the off chance there may be a car parked up in the left lane 1 mile ahead?
Never heard of changing lanes to avoid the parked car then getting back into the other?

Are you joking? I love these people. I especially love these people when it's busy but no-one is queuing in the timed-bus lane. A lane all to myself (or for me to share with those who have half a brain). Please read the sign you dimwits and get in the lane when the times allow you.
That is all.
Keep up the good work dimwits

The times on the signs are the first thing I check when approaching a bus lane. Then the clock on the dash. One of the main roads into Norfamtun is great for this - I think the bus lane finishes at 0930, after which it's fair game. I do seem to be the only driver in town who has worked this out though.
Got to be careful of the reactions from others though - ranging from "shaky head syndrome", beeping, or deliberately cutting me up because I'm "in the wrong" and they are somehow "teaching me a lesson".
Read the friggin' signs, you moronic, brain-dead sheep.

Indeed. You do have to watch your speed mind and keep a keen eye out for people turning into the lane in a frustrated/sudden/too fast manner as well (w/o bothering to check nearside wing mirror, naturally). Talking of mirrors, you often find you're playing the Pied Piper as well, given the number of drivers that you can see pulling out behind you in your rear view mirror LOL.Got to be careful of the reactions from others though - ranging from "shaky head syndrome", beeping, or deliberately cutting me up because I'm "in the wrong" and they are somehow "teaching me a lesson".
