Ever wondered why insuring a car is so expensive, especially if you're a young male? Its because of people like this:

What a bunch on knobs.

I don't have sound on the PC at work. Was there anything valid said in the clip?
Or was it just a bunch of muppets incapable of speech?

Erm. don't see you point.

Some lads in a corsa see a ferrari fly past, they joke to get the driver to catch up and try to overtake, they marvel at the sound, and then ferrari nails it.

Listening to a Ferrari on full chat is something I enjoy at the old age of 30. Whats the problem?

Had the audio, it was just young lads egging each other on. We all (most of us) did it.

Don't see how their language is the 'Prime example of why insurance costs are so high'

Why? what is said? what has what they are saying got to do with insurance premiums? it was the lads dad showing off, big deal, i do the same when people want to hear mine on full chat, its fun and they aren't my kids.

Pretty much on the money. Nothing that I'd recognise as speech anyway.

It's just a bunch of 17 year olds getting excited about a Ferrari. Good on 'em. There wasn't any particularly dangerous driving there. In ten years, they'll probably be posting here with eminently sensible opinions.

Right I've listened to the audio and they sound like typical 'southerners'to me haha!

But to be honest there wasn't any oncoming traffic and apart from they're accents being really annoying and them obviously playing up for the camera I really don't get what this has got to do with insurance???

confused

I worry for some people who get so upset about some lads messing about in a car on Youtube that they have to post it up on PH in the hope that everyone will agree with them and somehow validate their feelings of annoyance..... wink

It costs the insurance company more because they have to employ some of their mates who can translate for the operator on the phone. Obviously it'd be more efficient to employ 1 person to do the job but the transalators knuckles wore through and they are unable to use a keyboard.

Before I realized it was a dual carriage way I was shocked, then I realized and didn't understand the title.
Just making a Ferrari make sound. At least the Ferrari gunned it.
I hate when people poodle along in super cars, they're made to drive fast.
