So after 18 months and nearly 100000 miles being rear ended 2 times, side swiped by a lorry once and rear ended again by a lorry on Monday, it looks like the company car (focus st3) is going to be written of, I know its a company car and all and its not mine but I'm gutted ! Having done so many miles, and practically lived in the car I feel like my dog has died.....Is this normall ??

When I was a kid at junior school there was a girl who used to keep hitting me and bumping into me in her little pink car on the playground. Turned out she fancied me.

I suggest you talk to this truck driver and tell him as much as you are flattered by his attention your not [I]that[/] type of boy!

ST's seem to be plummeting in value now the RS is out..... time to get into a car allowance instead and buy yourself a bargain....?

I thought I covered all my attack positions as if I left out "when I was a kid" you would have said I was the teacher!

I did 125,000 miles in 23 months in my CTR. The Recaros in that were fantastic, too. Used to drive 5 hours solid and get out feeling great.

The standard seats in the CTR weren't bad, either.

I had a ctr for 10 days from accident exchange after one of my accidents and the seats in that I found horrible, I just could not set it correctly for me, and doing 2k miles some weeks it was pretty horrible to be honest, that aside a great car mind !!

Nearly 280 miles a day during the week?

That's got to be a tank of fuel a day almost.

£50 perhaps? £250 a week? £1,000 a month, £18,000 over the last 28 months.

I'd be happy it was gone!
