So, let's say he does pay back the 1.5 million quid (ha!)... would I be able to claim back my MOT test money for a test that never happened? I'm guessing not...

Wonder if this is linked to the guy from my schooldays back in Dewsbury who took us to a bloke when a mate wanted a cheap car who guaranteed to get us perfectly safe cars at cheaper than market value. He neglected to mention they started life as two cars and presumably had one of these fake MOTs
