I've done the Silverstone Classic the last two years and will definately be going back next year.
A few mates, BBQ, cars...it's a winner.

Regional rallys.

Look up the British Rally forums.

Usually not too expensive.

Take Sandwiches, flask of coffee, boots and wolly hat. Trudge round soggy forest.

Watch Mk2 Escorts turning money into noise, smoke, and dented body panels all day.

Oh and - seeing as your only an hour and a Half away - the Malton Specialist cars meet is a MUST - my favoruite event of many in thepast few years.

Be there by 8am for the best butties.
