yes, but only really about 'normal' cars. i had to use a hire car to go somewhere with work, which turned out to be a new clk with all the toys. cue my exclaiming it was better than the usual s
tty astras, then a rant about how st astras were. later realised 2 guys in the office own astras and another guy picks one up at the weekend. d'oh.

to help that hintA guy who I who comes down the pub used to have an S-Type Diesel and he was lent an XF 2.7d when they first came out, but he handed it back after a weeks trial.
About a year ago, he bought another one along, and I said 'you should wait for the new 3.0D S, it is supposed to be pretty good, much more efficient and quicker than the old 2.7'
The Guy : 'Oh well they didn't tell me that!'
Me : 'Oh right fair enough, are you going to order one then? The 3.0 is supposed to be in another league so a guy from Jag told me'
The Guy : 'Well too late now, that's my 2.7 out there'
Followed by silence... Not the best but I was thinking of things to make it up, and failed
