A friend of mine reckoned he'd watched with his own eyes as someone did the same coming down a steep hill. So, worryingly it looks like the retards in the video aren't alone.

Someone else said they'd seen a guy walking ahead of a van down a hill - presumably to 'catch' all 2 tons of it if it started sliding towards him!
