Need inspiration for run-around

[JayP1]

Hi guys - I'm looking to get a £5-6k runaround with following requirements:

• Decent performace (obviously!)
• bit of comfort
• something reasonably reliable
• Manual

Quite like an E36 Evo or even a older shape 325i, but finding a good one of those is near on impossible. I can't seem to think of anything else, so thought I would put it to the floor - what do you advise?

Just what I was going to say. Just sold my Saab and really miss it.
