Toyo T1Rs and EBC Yellow Stuff

Hello,

I've been lurking around PH for a good while now and have finally found reason to post a topic.

I'm looking for information regarding the running in of EBC Yellow Stuff brake pads. Can anybody help please?

I'm also looking for information on what pressures to run in a set of Toyo T1Rs on the track. The car is a Focus ST.

A quick search of Google revealed no answers, does anybody have experience with regards to either of these?
