The truck in question is a DAF XF, notorious for is poor vision in the immediate area in front of the cab, when approaching pedestrian crossings etc in my old one I used to leave two car lenths from the crossing as it was very difficult to see pedestrians crossing the road if you went any closer.

It is perfectly possible to drive that paticular truck like that without actually seeing that Clio, how on earth it managed to end up there without the knowledge of the truck driver though baffles me
