Just curious, given the number of people who would miss their dog more than their OH...

I voted for my OH as I trade my car in every 3 or so years and it would be just too much effort to do that with him wink

I'm really not sure what his answer would be to that question........ but I'm thinking he'd prob lie eek

Would it be 'sad' to admit that I think more of my car than I ever have of any man?

(With the exception of my father of course, but that's different.)

Tricky one.
On balance, I have to say that my cars have let me down far less than any OH.
Think I might get some breakdown cover for the next one..

Definitely the car. My Corrado has outlived two relationships (one of which was a marriage) and my dog, so far. hehe

I sold my Ferrari in an effort to keep the OH.

Now I have neither.

I miss that car.

But nowhere near as much as I miss her. Hey ho.

I am without OH and if I find one she would have to be a 9/10 to improve upon the car smile

I didn't vote as the option isn't there........

That's the plan. However he's got very tough opposition.

Silly question.

I could buy another car exactly like mine for £5k, couldn't replace the O/H. No amount of money would get a woman to put up with me.

The car will become uneconomic to repair in 10 years or so, hoping to get a good 50 more years mileage out of her highness.

Her shoes cost less than a full set of tyres, I don't have to plug her into a computer to tell what's wrong with her and don't get ripped off by some 'mechanic' for the pleasure, she's never refused to start on a cold morning and I can ride her as hard as I like without bits falling off her.

The O/H wins hands down over the car.

It's a tricky one. I am without my car at the moment because some clown in a Corsa has crashed into me and damaged the clam. I also hurt my right hand in the accident and so I am without both at the moment.

Well mine drinks too much, rattles and creaks, makes a lot of noise and has a oversized rear end, so on balance I prefer the car.

Ba-dum tish etc.
