Needed another key for the car, took it to Arnold's crew to get coded up. The guy behind the counter asked me if there was anything else needing looked at. I told him the nearside brake light bulb had gone and asked for a price for another. His reaction astounded me.... "No problem Mr Hotel, I'll get one of the guys to swap in a new one."
