Any recommendations at all?

Sold my bike last week and my Range Rover Sport within an hour of putting it in the Autotrader.

Rather than just rush into buying another car and bike, I'd like to hire one for say 3 - 6 months, something decent'ish, whilst I shop around.

It's that or rush at another bike and use that for the summer.

Now there's a thought!

Long term rental.

Speak to your local Guy Salmon vehicle rental place, you'll be able to get something half decent.

You could have a gander on one of the lease swap sites and see if there is something on there with 3-6 months left.

No worries, there is a half decent looking IS220d here - http://www.swap-a-lease.co.uk/view_lease_exchange_...

Not a bad spec and while they are not exactly exciting they are nice enough..

And this would tempt me... Nissan Z-Car

Buy something for a modest price (grand or so) and then sell it again when it comes to buying time and get your money back.... depreciation free motoring.... its the way ahead...
