Putting some diesel oil n my petrol engine ????

Latest situation is the oil is a bit low, I have about another 200 miles to do, have some diesel oil and was wondering what the situation was with putting some of that to top it up and carry me through til monday?

I think I might keep her and actually spend a few hundred quid on a head gasket when I get back, or see if the poor cow will start and then I think what i am doing goes from "fonzing" to "Josef Fritzling".

Stick it in. It's advertising bks anyway. IF you keep her and use her again when you return, then Oil and filter change has to be top of the priority list. As for the next 5 days until you go away, stick it in, it'll be fine.

I have never put the wrong oil in any of my vehicles?
