That's FWD and I cannot see a hand brake...pretty good angle for just a bit of lift of over steer. Must be French tricycle then...

no no no, i trained my little cousin to do something similar to this... All you get them to do is pedal at a reasonable speed going into the corner, then lock your legs which locks the wheels and a little turn until you're finished then pedal away!
