It's a 2002 Ford Fiesta.
Low mileage, only 26,000 miles.
No problems, past it's MOT.
1.2 5door.
It's in great condition, new exhaust pipe and wheels.

Got it for £2000.

Really chuffed with it. biggrin

My first car was a Triumph Dolomite 1850 that cost me a tenner. There is nothing like the feeling of freedom a car gives you. Enjoy it. biggrin

I had one of those as my first car too! Great cars I then went onto buy another I liked them that much. Cheap to fix. Good honest motoring.
Have fun.

Me and my dad took it for a little test drive.
Dealer didn't come with us, so we drove round the corner and stopped, got the bonnet up and completely went round the car to check everything.
Engine looked brand spanking new! Had been all cleaned out, all looked as good as new and for £2000 and only 26,000 miles, you can't turn it down biggrin

Congratulations - and there's nothing wrong with the colour!

As others have said - go steady at first and enjoy!

They're awesome little cars - I had one as my first too. Did your mileage plus an extra 100k with very few problems at all. Sold it on eBay a few months ago and I fear it may now be dead.frown

Smart buy, those things are near enough bullet proof. Perfect first car!

Just make sure you look after the paint work and try and park it out of the sun other wise it will end up faded. I'm guessing its been kept in a garage by an old person, judging by the low mileage and tidy paintwork.

good little buy, great mileage for its age. Dont abuse it and drive safe once you pass your test!! Good Luck with that and hopefully this wee motor will give you the big push you need to concentrate and pass!!

Try to resist the urge to show off when your mates are in the car, and ignore them if they egg you on to race/floor it etc..

Easier said than done, I know. But take it easy, and remember, every other driver is a d***head, keep that in mind, and drive accordingly.

The freedom of the car is incredible - enjoy!
