Recommend me a cheap fast car
Discussion
My wife is expecting our first child soon and both our cars will be changed to more suitable ones.
Currently I have a 2007 golf Gti 3dr.
I will be buying an octavia vRS for my wife and for family duties but I'll need something myself to get to work etc.
My budget will be approx 5k, I was thinking something like a 2001 Audi s3 (had 2 before) or honda s2000 or something along those lines, I know there 2 completely different cars but you get the idea!! lol
I'm open to any suggestions please....

I'm in Ireland and due to stupidly high road tax on anything over 2 litre, I'll restrict the search to anything 2 litre or less!! something approx 200bhp is sufficient I think!!
I just looked up how much it costs; bloody hell and we think we have expensive road tax here in England?!1,566 euros a year for any thing over 3 litres is crazy!
Yea road tax here is crazy partly due to green party in power!
It all comes down to co2 emmissions, basically a 2008 BMW 520d is only €150 p/a to tax however a 2008 M3 or anything with high co2 levels is taxed at a rate of €2000 p/a,
Crazy!! fuel is a fair bit cheaper here than the UK but that is due to change soon with our govt bringing in another silly green 'carbon tax' which will add approx 5c per litre to petrol which is currently €1.33 a litre,
