Going rate to rent a single garage in North West?

A single detached garage has come available on some land behind my street my street, I want to rent it off the owner.

How much is a fair price per month?

A lot depends on which part of Manchester we are talking about - we charge £50 - £60 per month in leafyish Heaton Moor but other areas I would guess £30 ish up to maybe £100 in downtown Bowdon.

Council lock up is £30 a month in Shrewsbury.

I've just done a deal on a 4m by 6m privately owned lock up for £25 a month.
