That's a stock Hayabusa IIRC, but yes, quite quick.

I make it about 16 seconds 20 - 200 clicks from the video. That's a bit quick.

Having ridden a Blackbird (not quite as quick as this) I can tell you that it absolutely pulls your arms out and bruises your arse if you keep it pinned through the gears (on a private stretch of tarmac, deffo not the M45 smile ). Utterly surreal. My current steed is somewhat more errm....sensible.

Sounds about right. I've seen videos on youtube where a GSXR1000 does the same in about 20 something seconds and that's without his front wheel in the air unlike Mr.Busa here.

fk me sideways!!!!! Just watched it again and realised the speedo is registering MPH not Km/H
Christ-on-a-bike - that means 20 - 200 in less than 16 seconds.

Pass me the bullworker - I couldn't hang on to that!

I'm not convinced that it's mph at all. I've been 155mph and the lines weren't flashing past that much quicker in that video.

I've heard various stories about this vid, he could easily have changed the final drive sprockets and not told anyone so the speedo could be miles out. I mean, front wheel in the air at 160mph? really?

Its definitely in mph but it won't be accurate due to the speedo over reading and the gearing. Probably around the 190 mark.

160mph in the air isn't an amazing feat on a busa. Look at this for some high speed mono action http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ew9j_xax7Lo

There is no way that is real... It's a modified speedo. The driveways, scenery, and road markings were in no way going past fast enough.

Having been at Elvington a couple of weeks back, 160mph with the front wheel in the air is entirely possible...

There was a Hayabusa Turbo running that did the standing quarter mile in about 8 seconds with a terminal velocity of 170mph. Mmmm...swift.
