Its MOT time

It's MOT time yet again and I'm wondering:

a) Does the rear wiper have to park correctly? It does work but parks wherever it feels like.

b) Is a rusty and slightly loose exhaust heat shield going to be an issue? Have a new one to go on but not sure if I'll have time to fit it before the MOT expires.

Both are fine providing the heat shield is only loose and not in any danger of immediately falling off. and even if it is, pull it off and it will pass.
