When did Les Battersby ruin race goers days with poor transport access, high ticket and food prices and crap seating? (if you count a grass bank as seating in the rain)

By chance a few months back I was in the same train carriage as him into Victoria. Wondered if I should give the pompous, arrogant tt my opinions on Brands, but couldn't be arsed in the end.
