renault clio sport 182 climate control fan playing up

[andymackinder]

hi can anyone help me , on my clio sport 182 (55 plate) the climate control is playing up, the control panel seems to be working but the fan doesn't respond and i know the fan motor is not seized, has anyone come across this on this type of car before ????? the main dealers prices are over the top to diagnose this
