on the A3. 85 Leptons.

It could have gone up, left or right. No it went nowhere.

Luckily just a £20 plastic trim round the Audi fog light, and 20 mins picking feathers out of the front!

Less another two pigeons.

V8junior sent up ladder to remove pigeon nest from my gutter last weekend. Two eggs handed over to the crows for some animal-world justice.

Not much to see - sorry. I looked in the rear view mirror to see a large white cloud of feathers. RIP.

The pigeons around here are stupid, fat and lazy. They just waddle across the road when cars come. They don't fly away, they don't run, they just carry on walking. I think maybe they are just used to the fact that the cars slow/stop to make sure they are ok..

I've found they are particularly dozy first thing in the morning around 6am. Bit like humans really.

A silenced .22 turns the ridge of my roof into a fairground duck shoot.
You pop one and the others just sit there untill they realise that half their mates are missing then fly off.

I hit one in my old daily hack when heading down the M50 on my way surfing, the feather explosion was impressive and left a massive line of Pigeon Grease up the bonnet, whenever it rained for weeks afterwards that was the only section water would bead off of.

Pigeons do tend to scarper if they see something coming... but they do not tend to react quickly enough, and take-off is quite slow. As opposed to bloody pheasants (or even squirrels too) who are so stupid and indecisive: 'oh I'll run that way to get out of the way, no, wait I'll go back the other way again. No, I was right the first time and head back into the path of danger again'...

True. The other week I watched a pheasant run from the nice safe hedge by the side of the road, into the side of the Porsche 911 I was following. It bounced off a wheel, then staggered away (I assume to get the paracetamol).
