'Old schoolz' custom cars, with big wheels, really big wheels.

I 'get' most custom cars but most these take some loving.

There's an old Dodge Charger where my Dad lives on 30" chrome wheels driven by 2 rastafarians. I have a good giggle whenever I see it. Also in great abundance are Ford F150s and other big 4x4s and trucks on very big wheels with what must be 30 profile tires. They look obscene, to be subtle.

Chill-out. I think they're a lot of fun - and most definitely a 'style' expression. Caprices and Impalas are all otherwise dead clunkers, so what the hell.
The brotha's don't go fast, they way too cool - it's those damn latinos and mulleted hi'billies who are so bothersome.

I'll have a go,

Leave this subject alone, there is no problem with it, big wheels are cool old american muscle cars will rot, and not be used if people don't fit hugely oversized wheels.
People who fit big wheels don't speed because it is not in the mindset of people who fit oversized wheels.
People of spanish decent and people who dwell in rural, mountainous areas of the United States are the problem.

Step back, relax. In my opinion these modifications are not to be scoffed at, it is a case of the owner expressing their individuality. American cars in general are st, and both the car and typical driver lack the ability to drive at speed, so why not spoil them even further?

It is my opinion that the owners of these vehicles are spacktards who think they get respect for their hoop size, while its other members of the American society who would not be best pleased if they found you to be unappreciative of their choice of vehicle.
