I need to mount some shelves on the wall in our garage to hold the normal junk (paint tins, oil, paintbrushes etc). I need them on the wall, not floor mounted.

Can anyone suggest some good sites?

Thx

www.bigdug.co.uk is where i got mine recently, but they are floor-mounted (but then screwed to the wall).

another vote for big dug, they are floor mounted racking rather than shelves per se, but are excellent value and quality none the less, you can see them 'in action' as it were in the van diemen picture on my profile.

floor standing, I got some good cheap ones from machine mart recently, better value than big dug IMHO.

wall mounted, DIY! screw vertical battens to the wall, use shelving brackets and make shelves from 2x1!

bear in mind floor-mounted shelving can be converted to wall mount by screwing it to the wall and sawing the legs off wink

Sounds like I'm joking, but one of mine had to fit under an existing cupboard and so i angle-ground the top two shelves off.....then screwed them to the wall on the other side of the garage as a shelving unit!
