Damage to Dymag wheels - help needed!
Discussion
This goes out to the collective knowledge and network og PH.
At Easter monday, my car broke down while at the Ring, and was transported back on a lorry. When collected after repairs, my wheels were found to have some nasty scrapes, which I'm guessing are from the straps used to tie the car down.

This is the worst of the lot, but all wheels suffer to a lesser degree from inexplicable negligence in the caring for other peoples valuables by the driver.
All pictures can be seen here: http://picasaweb.google.com/CKneed4speed/WheelDama...
Having no generel knowledge regarding the sturdines of carbon wheels, my worry is if it should be perfectly safe to continue driving woth these wheels. And if anyone can tell me how I can check if the strength og the wheels is still satisfactory.
Needless to say this has already been reported to my insurance company and the responsible agency through which the transportation was booked. I just feel at a loss, and need some assistance in making sure I don't get stiffed on this.
Thanks for any help.

Cant see it affecting the integrity of the wheel. Its a standard alloy isnt it, not a wheel made soley of CF?
If so, its just cosmetic damage. The transport co should replace the wheels, not repair, they can keep the old ones and get most of their money back, but I would go for a replacement because you know they will have been damaged.

PM me with your contact number, A friend had some Dymags refurbed recently, and I can pass your dtls to him
Done.
As said by others the outside rim is full CF. Therefore my worry is that there may be internal stress damage not visible as distortions in the weave of CF. But I am totally unaware of the strength of these wheels.
Any insight is much appreciated.
