My wife just bought a new Mini Cooper S on a PCP with 4.7% APR although this is a special rate for the Armed Forces but it shows they are out there.

well rates like that are always manufacturer funded, so you can't get them on everything. Jag have had a low rate PCP for a while, but DTD always seem get near enough on lowest headline price, so the 2 combined would be awesome.
