Sorry for another what car thread but im struggling for ideas.

I'm 20 and have had a wide range of cars so far but seem to get bored quickly. I have around 14-18k to spend (prefferably closer to 14 ofcourse)and insurance isnt an issue as im on trade insurance. Considered caterhams etc but it needs to be reasonably practical. Is there really anything better than the obvious M3 cab? Oh and it needs to be a bit poserish smile
Cheers in advance!

Maserati 4200GT Spyder. Surely to a 20 something bit of totty this would make you far more interesting then some wideboy in an M3.

If the insurance isn't an issue, why is your age relevant?

What about a 996?

This thread is going to go into meltdown tomorrow with accusations of 'daddy's money' all over the place.

18k and no problems with insurance. Give me a few mins cool

ETA: Looks like people are already getting pissy.

Give a fk much more like, insurance costs aren't an issue to me.

Just i'd be suprised if he's doing a job that qualifies him for a traders policy legally.

I think the point of having his age on the thread title is so we can pick a car for a 20 year old. Otherwise he'd get a lot of suggestions for barges and boring stuff like that.

I would say his age is very important. The car a 20yo wants is very different to what a 40 yo would want...

Lotus esprit?

I allways tend to land in 14 k trap when i have a fantasy garage quest.

Firstly a lovely 20 valve Audi Quattro Turbo can be had for around 14 to 18 k depending on condition.

Or a nice Integrale evo 1 or 2 .

Porsche 968 clubsport maybe?

Or a properly restored Datsun 240 z on lovely period minilites.
