My neighbour has lunched one of his alloys on a 2007 S-type.

I've found the below alloy, but the seller doesnt know if genuine Jag or not.

What do people think - do the part numbers look right?

There isn't really a genuine part number as such, all depends on who makes the part, loads of suppliers for one car.
I'm sure there are loads of different alloys you could use, they'll have quite different part numbers. Find one that matches, and see if they ebay seller can tell you the manufacturer.

Thanks. Just want to make sure what we get matches what he has - can imagine a different manufacturer wheel could be different weights and throw the handling out.

I have asked him for it, but the wheel is on the car still at the moment, so was hoping to avoid taking it off for him to check!
